About The Rabbi Project
The Rabbi Project is a Photographic Documentary of outstanding personalities in the Jewish World, revealing the positive, vibrant face of Judaism in the spheres of Religion, Spirituality, Mysticism, Music, Art, Literature, Science, Law and Politics.
Marko Dashev is the sole photographer for The Rabbi Project since its inception over ten years ago. All of the portraits on this website are images created for the project.
Many images from this body of work are currently traveling in a museum exhibit called “Pnimi”. This solo exhibit of Marko Dashev’s images has been displayed in the three largest JCCs in South Florida, between 2022 and 2023. The next venue will be announced soon.
Marko Dashev has been called,”The Roman Vishniac of our generation.” and,“the greatest Jewish portrait photographer of today.”
After his renowned portrait series, “The Rabbi Project” and his traveling photography exhibition,“Pnimi”a new project is in the making! “Talking with Marko Dashev”.
